We would highly recommend Maude.  We have just sold an investment property and she handled everything from talking to the tenants, advice on selling, selling price, what needed to be done to get the property ready for sale, organising trades and services etc. We didn’t have to go on site at any time during the sale as we live some distance from the property.
Maude always kept us in the loop with feedback from potential buyers etc, and regularly updated with how things were going during pre-sale and during the sales period. She was always positive and with a can-do attitude and always happy to take our phone calls and questions.
